Why this information is used
Form information is used to understand your needs, respond to your inquiry and prepare the professional discussions you request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You may instead email contact@passionvanille.ca directly; your email and its content will then be processed to respond to you.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Formspree receives and processes form inquiries, then forwards them to our email service. Hostinger provides our email service. These providers process the data needed for their services. Formspree states that it uses infrastructure in the United States: information submitted through the form may therefore be processed outside Quebec, where personal information protection rules may differ.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the inquiry, its follow-up and applicable obligations. Messages may be stored in the form service and email system. To learn about the retention of your inquiry or request deletion, contact our privacy officer. Communications with the website and form use HTTPS; this protection does not guarantee absolute security.
