Knowledge begins at the source.

The source

A family and professional connection to Madagascar.

Our team’s supply chain experience and relationship with a family business in Madagascar inform our understanding of vanilla, its preparation and sourcing. That business is separate from Passion Vanille.

Expertise

Expertise that begins before processing.

Vanilla vine cultivation, flowering and hand pollination precede bean development and harvest. Scalding, sweating, drying and conditioning then contribute to preparing vanilla. Understanding these stages helps us discuss the desired characteristics and work on the forms offered to professionals.

In Quebec

Processing in Quebec opens new uses.

In Quebec, our work focuses on formulation and ingredient development. Our vanilla paste was developed with CDBQ support. Our extracts are an in-house innovation developed by the Passion Vanille team.
